Orel Mangala - knee
Everton midfielder Orel Mangala (27) suffered an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury during the 1-0 victory over Brighton & Hove Albion on 25 January 2025, ruling him out for the rest of the season. (Source: Joe Thomas, Everton FC News)
Following the injury, Mangala is expected to return to his parent club, Olympique Lyonnais, for surgical treatment. Moyes stated, "I think Mangala will go back [to Lyon]. I think we're waiting on the surgeon to clear it and he'll be operated on in France."
